I am a writer and editor in Baltimore covering arts, culture, and news. My writing focuses on the intersections among art, community, and collective effort.
For three and a half years, I was the Managing Editor at BmoreArt, where I assigned and edited stories about arts and culture in Baltimore and beyond. Before that, I was the Visual Arts Editor at the Baltimore City Paper, where I wrote about people and politics through arts-and-culture stories. My writing has appeared in those two publications as well as the Real News Network, Baltimore Beat, Baltimore Fishbowl, The Outline, and elsewhere. I have also published two poetry zines, Babies (2017) and Something to work towards, anyway (2022).
